This 7-day journey offers participants a restorative rhythm of care and balance. It begins with grounding and assessment, moves into a cycle of treatments and integration practices, and closes with shared reflection and farewell.
Two authentic Ayurvedic treatments per day, adjusted to your needs after an initial consultation with the Ayurvedic doctor.
Yoga and movement sessions, thoughtfully scheduled in consultation with your practitioner, to support your energy and healing.
Daily Ayurvedic meals prepared to align with your body type and treatment plan.
One local cultural or nature-based outing, weather permitting.
A final night group dinner to celebrate and integrate your time together.
Program structure remains flexible and will be adjusted on-site based on the doctor’s recommendations and the rhythm of the group.

This 14-day experience expands on the rhythm of the 7-day retreat. With more time for treatments, rest, and integration, participants are guided through a journey of deep renewal—supported by personalized Ayurvedic care, mindful movement, and nourishing daily rhythms.
The structure unfolds gently over these broad phases:
Participants are welcomed into the retreat space and receive an Ayurvedic consultation to guide their treatment plan. Initial movement and rest help ease into the process.
Each day invites two tailored Ayurvedic treatments, Ayurvedic meals, and yoga or movement practice designed in collaboration with your practitioner. Participants are encouraged to balance activity with rest, journaling, or quiet integration.
A single group excursion—nature-based or cultural—is planned during this time, weather permitting.
The final days support reflection and grounding, leading to a group dinner and gentle transition back into daily life. The program ends with shared closure and quiet celebration.
